Corry Girls Soccer Coach
The lady Beavers Soccer team traveled to General McLane on Thursday night where they where they would get blanked 8-0 by the Lancers. GM is one of the top teams in the district and we knew it was going to be a tough go.
GM was up 6-0 at the half and both teams played their JV players for the majority of the second. It was a really good experience for all of the players. Losing is never fun but theirs always a lesson to be learned. Honestly Corry didn’t play badly, GM is just a really good team that made  the right plays. The girls hung in and battled in a pretty physical game.
The girls get a long weekend and we’re back at it with our last region 4 matchup against Cathedral Prep on Monday.Â
